National Seminar on Innovative Prospects in Food Processing: Integration of Engineering and Biological Sciences

Participants will get a chance to expand , update and  present their work on the advances in the field of innovative food processing and preservation techniques from the background of a wide range of topics both from biological and engineering sciences.

 

 Different Themes of  IEBS 2015   national seminar are mentioned below for the reference of the scholars :  

  1. Innovative and emerging food processing technology
  2. Health, functional and nutraceutical foods
  3. Food process modeling and simulation
  4. Applied biotechnology for food
  5. Waste and energy management in food processing
  6. Food quality and safety
  7. Mechanization and automation in food processing sector
  8. Traditional foods
  9. Food packaging

 

Interested biological and other scholars are requested to submit abstracts of maximum 250 words on original research work relevant to the themes for oral/ poster presentation. The abstract should state clearly the objectives, results and conclusions of the work carried out.

Registration Fees for the Seminar as follows which should be paid via DD on or before 10.03.2015 in favour of ‘Registrar, Tezpur University’ payable at SBI, Tezpur

Last date for receipt of abstract : 23.02.2015
Intimation of acceptance by e-mail from the organizing committee is  01.03.2015
Full paper submission should be submitted on or before 07.03.2015
Last date of online registration is 10.03.2015
