National Seminar on Innovative Prospects in Food Processing: Integration of Engineering and Biological Sciences

Participants will get a chance to expand , update and present their work on the advances in the field of innovative food processing and preservation techniques from the background of a wide range of topics both from biological and engineering sciences.
Different Themes of IEBS 2015 national seminar are mentioned below for the reference of the scholars :

- Health, functional and nutraceutical foods
- Food process modeling and simulation
- Applied biotechnology for food
- Waste and energy management in food processing
- Food quality and safety
- Mechanization and automation in food processing sector
- Traditional foods
- Food packaging
Interested biological and other scholars are requested to submit abstracts of maximum 250 words on original research work relevant to the themes for oral/ poster presentation. The abstract should state clearly the objectives, results and conclusions of the work carried out.
