“Bird Census and Data Collection using Advance Tools & Techniques” ,  A 7 days  training cum workshop programme will be organised by  Centre for Animal Ecology & Wildlife Ecology (AWC), Deptt. of Zoology, Gauhati University from  18th January 2016 to 24thJanuary, 2016.

Participation Process for Bird Census:

Interested candidates who have passionate about nature and wildlife ecology  are requested to send their participation confirmation for this  50th AWC and bird census training workshop  through email or personnel contact. Candidates may send their request on saikiapk@rediffmail.com and oraewbworkshop@gmail.com .

Other Important Points : 

1. No fees are required for participation.

2.Certificates will be issued for all participants after the end of 7 days programme and census activity on 24/1/2016

3. No  binoculars/GPS/ Camera will be provided to participants so all interested participants are requested to carry their own gadgets.

4. Candidates may select their own locality/ convenient sites after approval from concern organizing authority.

5. Each candidate/group  must submit their census data.
