IT Training under NMEICT Project (Microsoft Saksham) on Teacher Empowerment at Mizoram University.

Microsoft India and Mizoram University will be conducting Free IT and Soft Skills Training for teachers of Mizoram University & affiliated colleges, during 30th April -10th May, 2013 at Computer Centre, Mizoram University. The objective of the training is to equip the teachers with IT skills and to enable them to adopt it in teaching –
learning processes.

Duration of the training will be 10 days and Microsoft will issue participation certificates to the participants who attended all the training sessions. Resource persons will be from Microsoft India.
During the training, lunch, tea, etc. will be served for the participants. However, no TA/DA will be paid by the University and the outstation participants shall arrange their own accommodation. There will not be any fees for the participants. If the number of
applicants exceeds the seat limit, preference will be given to non – IT teachers.
