As per notification , Director of Students Welfare, Gauhati University notified to all the colleges or institutions under Gauhati University , to send nominee for their participation into the most awaited students welfare event – Gauhati University Inter College Football Tournaments 2016 which will be started from 26th March , 2016 .   Per team , registration fees for the Tournaments is  Rs 3000/-

Other colleges or institutes which are not affiliated to Gauhati University, they can also participate into this mega football tournaments by paying additional Rs 1000/-  along with registration fees.

This time , the event will be hosted by Kokrajhar Govt College in association with Gauhati University Sports Board. 

Major Rules & Regulation of the Tournaments :

1.  FIFA rules & regulations will be implemented in this Tournaments .
2. All matches will play on Knock Out basis.
3. Jersey and other football kits are mandatory
4. Maximum 18 nos of players per team along with one supervisor / coach .

5. Per player Rs 300/-  must be paid during the registration time by each team , so that arrangement for hospitality can be done perfectly by organizer.

6. Referee and organizer decisions will be final during the Tournaments  period.

7. Organizer wants to warn every player to stick to the rules and maintain it throughout the Tournaments to avoid any action against them.

Last date of receiving the nominee for participation into Tournaments 2016 is 23rd March 2016.
