Chief Minister Financial Assistance Scheme to Terrorism Victims Children – Assam

Applications form from eligible candidates are invited by the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam for the Chief Minister Financial Assistance Scheme 2015- 2016 , The main objective of the Chief Minister Financial Assistance Scheme is to provide one time financial assistance to children of the fatal victim of terrorism of the State of Assam for pursuing professional Graduate / Post Graduate Degrees.

Eligibility Criteria of the Scheme :

Students must have the following criteria for apply under this scheme –

1. Student(s) must be Biological child/children of Fatal Victims of Terrorism in the Assam State

2. Student(s) must be legally adopted child/children of fatal victims of Terrorism in the Assam State ( Legally adaptation should be certified by the Home Department, Government of Assam).

3. Students must be permanent resident of Assam.

4. Students/Scholars of the State must pursue Professional Full Time Courses in Graduate and Post Graduate level in Govt. and other prestigious institutions

5. Medical, Engineering, Architecture, Dental, Law and any other recognized Technical/Applied/Professional Courses will be considered under this scheme.

Other Important Facts :

1. The scheme covers one time Financial Assistance of Rs 1.00 Lac per student.

2. Submission of complete application Form with all mandatory documents is 25/01/2016
