Secretary,University Grants Commission informed Gauhati University to organize Inter-College online Essay Competition which will be held among the students of all the affiliated Colleges under Gauhati University as a part of programme of International Day of Yoga,21st June,2015.
Who Can Participate : All students of affiliated Colleges under Gauhati University
Organizer : Director of Students Welfare, Gauhati University.
Essay Topic: YOGA-The Great Indian Treasure
Important Information to be noted by Participants :
1. Essay should be completed within 400 words
2. English or Assamese language is only preferable language of Essay Writing
3. Name, Roll No, Department, College Etc will be also mentioned on top of the Essay .
Prizes : Certificates and good Prizes will be awarded to 3 best students as decided by GU authority.
Correspondent for Essay Submission: All participants are requested to submit their essay either in microsoft word / Pdf format at dswRauhatiuniversity@gmail.com and ranjandgc@gmail.com No need to hard copy.
