Students Counselling and Placement Cell, Cotton College, Guwahati , Assam is organizing a  certificate Course on “Spoken English/Functional English” for the undergraduate  students of Cotton College from both the stream Arts/Science. The commencement of classes will be from 10th September, 2015. Organizing cell is decided to take the classes 3 days per week. They also mentioned that there will be no fees payment for attending the classes.

Organizing cell is also request all interested candidates to participate the programme which will be held at Conference Hall, Cotton College, Guwahati.
