Gauhati University is decided to publish the provisional merit list of Phd entrance appeared candidates those are securing more than 50% marks in respective subjects.  Few more other points to be fulfilled by the candidates —

1.  Eligible Entrance Test does not give guarantee to admission into PhD course work admission into Gauhati University.

2.  Submission of synopsis after Phd course work must be done.

3. Collection of application form is extended till 15th May , 2015

4. Submission of application form is 15th May , 2015  . No further dates will be given.

5. Scrutiny of forms by respective departments must be completed before 31st May, 2015

6. Admission last date into Phd Course work is 15th June , 2015
