Interested eligible candidates are invited to appear for a B.Ed  Common Entrance Test  2016  which is also known  as B.Ed. CET Exam 2016  for admission to the B.Ed. Programme under Dibrugarh University . The B.Ed. CET 2016 exam will be held on 12th June , 2016 at various B.Ed. CET Centre approved by Dibrugarh University.

Candidates can download the application form along with bank challan & admit card from the University website from 11^th May 2016 onwards. Please select the B.Ed Exam Centre as per your transport communication facility.

Duly filled complete application form along with all supportive testimonials and fees deposit University copy must be deposited at B.Ed. CET Centre.  Candidates want to appear at Dibrugarh University Exam Centre, they must submit the forms the following address for complete the registration process on or before 23th May 2016 without fail at Office of the Senior Statistician, Dibrugarh University. Minimum exam fees is Rs 500/-

Qualification for B.Ed Common Entrance Test 2016:

Before apply for Exam, all candidates are requested to ensure themselves regarding fulfillment of the minimum eligibility for admission into the B.Ed. Programme. However candidates must have following eligibility criteria –

1. Candidates with at least 50% marks  in the Bachelor’s Degree
2. Candidates with  Master’s Degree in Sciences / Social Sciences / Humanities / Commerce
3. Candidates with Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology of Dibrugarh University / any other recognized University with Science and Mathematics securing at least 55% marks
4. Final year appeared candidates may also apply for the B.Ed. CET, 2016 subject to degree results on or before 27th July 2016.

Relaxation will be applicable for reserve category up to 5% in marks. If any teacher who has 5 years of teaching experience up to  10^th standard class under SEBA Board , Assam , they can also appear B.Ed Exam 2016.

Deadlines on Time Schedule :

CET Application Forms will be available at Dibrugarh University  for download : 11.05.2016 to 23.05.2016
Submission of the CET application forms : On or before  23.05.2016
Exam date for B.Ed. CET, 2016 : 12th June, 2016
Declaration of CET Result :  07th July, 2016
Date for final admission process : 31st July, 2016
Commencement of Classes : 01st August, 2016
