Who Can Participate?

The program is designed for PhD scholars in social science from UGC recognized institutions. A
maximum of 30 participants from Assam and other North-Eastern states will be given an opportunity to
attend the workshop. However, scholars from other state students may also apply.
All the selected outstation participants will be paid TA as per ICSSR norms. Accommodation and
food will be provided for all the participants for 10 days by the organizers. For the Course/workshop
application form visit Assam University website: www.aus.ac.in and duly filled in application form along
with following attachments:
1. Application Form
2. Abstract of the PhD synopsis (200 words)
3. PhD Registration (Xerox) or Bonafide Certificate
4. Xerox of the SC/ST/OBC certificate.

Note: Application can be sent in two methods:

 The filled Scanned application form and attachments can be emailed to vullidhanaraju@gmail.com
by 5th February, 2014.
 The hard copy of the application can be sent by the speed post or direct submission to the Course
Director.
