Applications along with CV are invited from the suitable candidates for fellowship at chemical ecology sponsored by the Department of Biotech, GOI. Title of the project is – “Chemical Ecology of the North East Region : A Collaborative Programme linking NER & Bangalore Researchers”
This project targets many fields of biology like- biotechnology , agriculture and medicine for study and do research in Chemical Ecology. For this project, many other leading institutes from north east region are participating like NSTC-Nagaland, Kohima Science College, Nagaland University, NEHU- Shillong and all partners in Bangalore.
Candidates must have 55% at Master Degree level in any of the subjects – basic science, biochemistry, biotechnology, environment science, life science and plant science with below 28 years.
Final appointment of the allotment against JRF will be done after written exams and interview. North East region candidates will be given more prefer than other candidates.
Remuneration will be given Rs 25000/- to Rs 28000 /- month to the NET qualified candidates whereas Rs 12000/- to Rs 14000/- month with HRA benefits to non- NET qualified candidates.
