As per notification , The principal of  Assam Engineering College , Guwahati has requested all concern 2nd Semester students who have already submitted forms for  branch transfer option, to present at the counselling along with all the original documents and mark sheet of 1st Semester BE.

Minimum eligible criteria :

1. Student must be qualified in all subjects of the first semester BE Exam .
2. Student is having Backlog in any subject will not be accepted for branch transfer policy.
3. Branch transfer counselling will be held on 15-June 2015. No further date for branch transfer will be entertained . So students are requested to attend the counselling without fail.

Once the branch transfer is done then no more branch transfer will be considered further.

Date for Branch Transfer : 15-06-2015

Time for Counselling : 10 AM onward

Counselling Location : Auditorium ,  Assam Engineering College , Guwahati

Candidates out side of Assam are not eligible for branch transfer policy .
