Proposals from young scientists are invited from Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) Germany and the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), both nodal implementing agencies who are supporting various research and development joint projects like bilateral workshops/seminars, bilateral scientists swap, scientific
and composite (scientific and industrial) delegations meet between both countries.

Below priority sectors proposals would be considered –
1. Health issues due to climate Change
2. Maternal & Child Health and Pediatric Diseases.
3. Research on strategies for healthier life

Applicants belong to Scientists/faculty in Universities,national and private R&D laboratories can apply for this conference.
Maximum 25 forms can be considered for bilateral approval. Application forms must be mailed to ihd@icmr.org.in and cornelia.parisius@dlr.de for necessary steps.

Duration of the project is 2 years byt may be extended for another 1 year under special consideration from both
BMBF and ICMR.

Proposed commencement of Projects – 1st July, 2016
Last date of proposed Projects submission – 6th January, 2016
