Young scientists/ faculty members working regularly in various universities, academic institutes and national research and development laboratories/ institutes of India are invited for submit priority research oriented scientific and technological research proposals on  areas like Information & Communication Technology ,  Nano-Technology and Biotechnology by the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT) & Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India and The Arab Republic of Egypt  with an aim of encouraging scientific and technological co-operation between Egypt and India.

Only joint Proposals will be selected  with Egyptian nationality and Indian nationality . Projects submitted  only one of the two Parties will not be considered for sanction.

Other Important Facts :

1.  Period of the project is  for 2 years only.
2. Medium of the proposals submission is English only.
3. Selection and evaluation will initially  conduct at National Level. Later on bilateral selection committee will select appropiate and feasible research projects in terms of financial investment and  Dissemination of results.
4. Indian researchers must submit proposals no later than January 15,2016 in 3 hard copies and also mail to jain.s@nic.in
