1. Offline Mode :    

Interested candidates are advised to visit the nearest IGNOU study centers for collecting the forms/ prospectus on payment of Rs.200/

2. Online Mode :

Candidates can also apply online  by creating logging on the https://onlineadmission.ignou.ac.in  and online payment through net banking/debit card/credit card facility will be offered at the time of final online form submission.
