Online application forms are invited from the Interested candidates to appear into  Common Law Admission Test 2016  ( CLAT 2016 ) for admission into both Under- graduate and Post graduate courses which will be organised by the Rajib Gandhi National  University of Law , Punjab along with other 17  National Law Universities.

Educational Qualification: 

Educational qualification of the candidates must be fulfilled as per given below for appear into the exam-

A. Under Graduate Level :  For   Five Year Integrated B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) Course , Candidates must have –

1. Minimum 10 + 2 or equivalent examination  with percentage 45% for General/OBC categories
2. Minimum 10 + 2 or equivalent examination  with percentage 40% for SC/ST categories
Any candidate who is appearing for the qualifying examination ( 10 + 2 ) in March/April 2016, can also be eligible for apply for CLAT 2016

No age limit is fixed for appearing into Common Law Admission Test 2016 .

B. Post Graduate Level :  For One Year LL.M. Course, Candidates must have –

1. LL.B. or equivalent degree examination with a minimum of 55% marks in case of General/OBC categories
2. 1. LL.B. or equivalent degree examination with a minimum of 50% marks in case of SC/ST categories
Any candidate who is appearing for the qualifying examination ( LL.B. or equivalent degree examination ) in March/April 2016, can also be eligible for apply for CLAT 2016

Other Important Notification Details : 

1. Submission of Online application Form Starts from  01-01-2016
2. Submission of duly filled in Online Application Form must be on or before   31-03-2016
3. Date of CLAT-2016 Online Examination is 08-05-2016  (3:00 pm to 5:00 pm)

4. Application fees  for Under-Graduate/Post-Graduate Programme is Rs. 4000/-for General/OBC/SAP candidates
5. Application fees  for Under-Graduate/Post-Graduate Programme is Rs. 3500/-for SC/ST candidates
6. Indian Nationals/NRls seeking admission in either of the UG/PG courses must appear in CLAT-2016 (Online Examination)

7. Foreign Nationals are not required to appear for the online Test.
