Date of issue of Application Form : 16/09/2014 to 21/09/2014 (during office hours,
which will be available at Govt. Ayurvedic College,
Jalukbari, Guwahati-14)


2. Last date of submission form : 22/09/2014 upto 4 PM at the Office of the Principal,
Govt. Ayurvedic College, Guwahati.

3. Date of issue of Admit Card at Govt. Ayurvedic College,Guwahati. : 26/09/2014 (during office hours)

4. Date of Examination : 28th September, 2014.

5. Time : 10 AM to 1 PM

6. Venue of Examination : Government Ayurvedic College, Guwahati.

7. An examination fee of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand) only will be paid by every candidate in the form of Bank Draft/Banker’s Cheque to be drawn in favour of “Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences”, payable at GMC Branch SBI, Guwahati along with the Application Form.
